On February 10th, RiverWorks Discovery hosted its first "Who Works the Rivers" of 2023 in Vicksburg, MS. From deckhands to welders, high schoolers expressed interest in the careers the river offers.Learn More About Our Presenters: Click HereStudents had fun throwing out lines and exploring the three locations they visited: The Jesse Brent Lower Mississippi River Museum, a tour of Ergon Marine's Grocery & Parts Warehouse, and Hinds Community College. At the museum, they climbed aboard an old United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) towboat.Good news! Some students filled out the career survey.
